Scope of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, including the bicycle frame, at the sole discretion of Bolt Bikes Pvt. Ltd. This shall be the exclusive remedy under this warranty.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, chains, etc.)
Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modifications or alterations
Improper maintenance or storage
Water damage or electrical damage due to external factors

Any modification to the frame or components will void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

Provide purchase details, issue description, and images/videos (if applicable)
Our team will issue a Service Request Number and guide you further

Claims without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Service Terms

Repair or replacement under warranty will be done free of cost
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Bolt Bikes
Return shipping (after repair/replacement) may be covered at our discretion

Limitation of Liability

Bolt Bikes Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or commercial loss, even if advised of such possibilities.
