Lifetime frame warranty
Every Bolt electric cycle carries a lifetime warranty on the frame against manufacturing defects for the original owner. If the frame fails under normal use due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it.
Component warranty
The motor, controller and display are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. The battery is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects (capacity degradation from normal use is not covered).
What's not covered
Wear-and-tear items (tyres, tubes, brake pads, cables), cosmetic damage, damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorised modifications, water ingress beyond the rated resistance, or commercial/rental use.
How to claim
Contact support at hello@boltbikes.in with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will guide you through inspection and, where applicable, repair or replacement.
